Monday through Friday from 8:00 -10:00 am, the Iowa West Sports Plex will offer a Walk Fit program, allowing our members to get up and get moving. Enjoy the indoor space, rain or shine! Walk the Plex! Just under five laps equals a mile of distance and you're welcome to walk, run or jog! The health benefits of Walk Fit range from lowering the risk of high blood pressure, strengthening bones and muscles, burning more calories, and reducing stress. There will be no pressure to do over the top routines. As you meet other members, our Walk Fit Membership may motivate you to stick with this form of exercise because others are counting on your participation.
